Refund Policy
There may be some exceptions for products and services which can’t be refunded- for the reason of hygiene, safety or under law we are not able to refund or exchange items like: chilled and frozen products, beauty products, items where the seal or packaging has been broken by you, perishable items including food and flowers, newspapers or magazines.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous material or flammable liquids.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange: we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on shop@bellgreenmace.com.
